Booking and collection
Submitting a request does not reserve equipment. We confirm availability, dates, final price and handover by email. Equipment and accessories are checked at handover; please bring identification.
Rental fees and services
Catalog prices apply per day, or per night for IVL Carré. The basket calculates rates by quantity and duration. Lasers and IVL receive 30% off the second day or night and 50% off the third and each additional day or night; LED PAR and hazers are excluded. Payment is due no later than collection unless agreed otherwise. Optional installation costs CZK 2,500 per booking. IVL Carré requires an operator; staffing and its price will be confirmed in the quote.
Refundable sound equipment deposit
Bookings containing sound equipment require a refundable CZK 10,000 cash deposit at handover, once per sound equipment booking. It is separate from the rental fee. We return it after complete, undamaged equipment is returned. Documented damage or missing equipment costs will be itemised and the remaining deposit returned.
Transport
We depart from Bašť and charge CZK 20 per kilometre for the round trip. The Czech postcode estimate uses straight-line distance × 1.3, rounded up to whole kilometres one way. This is multiplied by 2 × CZK 20. The exact address, route and any additional journeys are agreed before confirmation.
Use and return
Follow the operating instructions, protect the equipment and return it on time with all accessories. Report faults, loss or damage promptly and do not attempt repairs. Arrange date changes or extensions in advance.
